No, I run the following: node v16.15.0 and yarn 3.2.0

Yesterday I had a chat (which is now unaccessible to me) where one of your colleagues explained that I yarn 3.2.0 is not supported yet - so I want to know what version of yarn is

I'm not aware of yarn versions being relevant here, but i think submitting a github issue with repro steps to encounter the issue you're having are the way to go here

you're suggesting you cannot yarn install stripe with that version configuration?

Yes, definitively. I shared all information with one of your colleagues. He suggested using two version level older yarn - this seems meaningless and I am curious to find out how could there be such a discrepancy.
