There's no official max time. It depends on how often the money change hand
how much time until the bank send the money ?

I am asking because I did a test on my card
after charging 10 and refund 2 this been considered as partial reversal.
but the bank first deduct 10 than after refund the online banking balance show that I didn't take the 10 at all, I am asking how much time until bank give me the 8 again?
and during this time the user can spend the money or no?

that Means stripe did really git (8) or they will wait for sometime until bank settle this to get the money in stripe system
and if stripe will wait the bank settle , user can re spend this amount of money?
