I am testing if the standard account manually disable the apple pay, I want to show inside my app and let them know that they need to update, or I can add a button do enable and add the apple domain
what I did I disabled and removed the domain, but it keeps showing up
but. I am not sure, that could be some apple domain caching too

Yeah if the domain isn't registered it really shouldn't be showing regardless.
That does sound like potential caching

Can you clarify what you are really trying to do?

I know the stripe APi stripe.ApplePayDomain.create() just add the domain to the steipe connected account apple pay config

yeah but deleting it is a no op really it does nothing
it wouldn't unregister Apple Pay

I want to ensure I can display some message if the admin of the connected account delete the apple pay or maybe disable that
on my test account, if I delete the domain or even disabled the apple pay, it keeps accepting that
