Do you have the request ID for the request that threw the 500 error?
This one looks like it threw a 402
You shouldn't be getting these errors anymore. There seems to have been an internal breakage that caused an elevated rate of 500 errors around May 12th, but it has since been resolved.

Correct. But it was on our end and has since been resolved

the issue is with that customer that he created a few subscriptions and it billed him numerous times.
even if we refund him there is stripe's fee that is not refunded.
Ah, I see. You'll want to create refunds on your end for those and then contact support to let them know you want the fees reversed. They can review all the refunds and should be able to credit the fees back to you
