I have not found another way to show the payment amount when confirming from the bank app.

Or I can create the subscription pending confirmation and use that client_secret in confirmCardPayment ?

yes basically you can create the subscription and extend on latest_invoice.payment_intent and then use the client_secret on that paymentIntent for you CardElement

follow up question. Is there a way to display the amount in the payment confirmation without creating a paymentIntent?

For example with confirmCardSetup? It always shows me amount 0
