The plugin is working. I can donate, but I don't know where the money is actually going.
It's not in the clients stripe account.

Do you have the ID of any payment or request when you tried this? eg from the browser develoepr tools

@errant dock You may have mixed up the API key you set in the plugin, so I would recommend checking those first against the developer dashboard views

If you don't have access to the account you'll need the client to do that, or share developer access with you: https://stripe.com/docs/dashboard/teams

Thank you. They said they contacted support and they say it goes to my account. but i don't have one. very confusing

If you have api keys, it is possible to show the account infos (at least some of them) with the Api Key, you can HTTP GET https://api.stripe.com/v1/account, maybe it'll help you
