So yeah at the moment you can't use promo codes with PaymentIntent. You would need to build this yourself at the moment.

Our new Orders API allows for using promo codes for non-recurring payments. However, this is only in beta and isn't supported on our React Native SDK at this moment.

However it will be in the future (though I don't have a firm timeline on that)
