Hi there! Reason is that when you authorize the card money is set aside from that authorization. That said, this is a notice from the bank. You would have to talk to the bank for why they are sending you this notice from an authorization that could still be released.

but how I can implement the payment intent API, and charging my customer while the customer will receive this kind of massage,

I can easily contact my bank and solve it but it's very hard to track all customers banks

I am just testing the payment intent api on my card before applying in the system

This is completely up to the bank. Most banks do not send notices every time you authorize a card. That said, you can't control this. The best thing you can do is to show a notice to your customers that their card is only being authorized (and not charged) immediately and provide them the details.

any alternative in stripe to authorize the payment other than payment intent API

I am trying to find software solution because it's very hard to make deal with all the banks like I mentioned

This has nothing to do with the method of authorization

They are going to send a notice to their customer every time the card is authorized
