I'd recommend speaking to the retailers you're trying to buy from as a starting point
I have done so already, I have talked to the 5 Euro VPN Software and App company and nothing is going through to their end so it must be from your side (Stripe Payment) Side.
Also, The same thing is happening to me now on the PatriotVPN Software and App company too.
I can't talk to the Stripe Team Staff without making an account on their Website.

Don't worry, I made a Stripe Account and I am going to contact the Stripe Support Staff on the Stripe Website for help and support.
