I want to send a webhook event when I have live mode enabled. I want to send this event from stripe dashboard.

i'm not sure i understand what you're trying to test. could you share some more details on that?

in either live mode or test mode, you'll need to actually trigger the action that will generate the event. if you're looking to test a live webhook endpoint while in live mode, you can try to create something like an empty invoice or an empty payment intent

Can we delete the connected account from this screen?

no, it's not possible to delete these two accounts from your connect dashboard. since these are standard accounts, these merchants have their own relationship with stripe
