I'm not sure I understand the usecase here.
Do you mean for a connected account to payout funds to itself?

Hmm...
In the doc it says :
manual prevents automatic payouts. You will have to manually pay out the account’s balance using the Payouts API (acting as the connected account). You also set an account to manual to use Instant Payouts.

I'm trying to do that : "Using the Payouts API (acting as the connected account)"

Ah so having a button that your connected account would click in order for your platform to initiate a manual payout?

Yeah that's it ! From the connected account to it's own bank account 🙂
