Are you trying to setup an account without entering personal information?

We're trying to set up a stripe connect account to pay out our vendors from. The vendors do not want to give up their personal information to join stripe connect. is there a way to set this up so we can make payments to them?

We've tried Standard and custom so far

So for custom accounts, you can create an account link and share it with the vendors so that they can complete onboarding

You won't be able to make payouts without completing onboarding requirements which includes personal information.

okay but there is no account we can set up for a business that can accept payouts - unless someone from that business provides their SSN?

what if we made an account that didnt have Card payments feature

Yes you could try that. However I'd recommend chatting with our support team to make sure that it would definitely work.
They'd be able to provide more specific answers on verification information required to activate payouts

Also, will any of your connected accounts take payments directly from users or will they all only be getting funds via transfers from your platform?

hey We got an email from our support guy at Stripe - Jono Keedy directing us here

@wise nimbus they will all be taking transfers from us. none of them will be taking payments directly from end customers

You need to work with that person to help you. We can't help here unfortunately. To be able to request only transfers you need approval
