Just to clarify with an example.

Lets say customer subscribes to a yearly product 120 EUR / year

and I set that value to month.

Will it charge the customer per month by 10 EUR in this case or will it check only if it is paid for the interval?

neither of those, that's not how it works at all

if you want to charge monthly you need to create a monthly recurring Price instead
