it says that it is billing.. 2 hours ago, and it is still a preview? what would be the cause for this ?

I'm confused by your ask here. Subscriptions cycle asynchronously, they don't renew at the exact second you look for, it depends on how much load there is on our system, it can take a few hours, it's all asynchronous

ok because we usually have a draft generate right on time. I'm wondering if our webhook didnt work here?

it's just that it's the last day of the month and there can be more subscriptions renewing that day and invoices will happen soon
