Hi there 👋 we're not terribly familiar with the platform profile (our support team will be more knowledgable on that topic), but do you have the ID of the request that resulted in the error you saw?

Well, while I was testing my transfer function, i got an error on this request : req_5buvtFd8LqLTVy

Do you know how I can contact the support team ? Via Discord ?

Gotcha, so based on that error it looks like your account doesn't have enough funds to make the transfer. I would recommend trying to process a payment on your platform (for a fairly large amount) with one of these test cards to try immediately getting funding into your platform's available balance.
