sub_1L1RAQKWdqDdXYO6p04WGtuW - this one has the tax which I created from the Dashboard.

it's because you didn't pass anything to the API to tell us to use tax https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_d2iJVFMBqdRxud

you have to either pass automatic_tax[enabled]=true or pass a list of tax_rates in the call
