"Thanks for reaching out to us. I can see that you're inquiring about your Stripe account eligibility.
For a bit of context, Stripe is required by law to complete what's called a KYC (Know Your Customer) survey for every business that signs up with us, regardless of how many transactions they've processed. We do have to impose strict limits on the types of businesses we can and can't support. We're unable to work with any business that we believe poses elevated financial risk, or violates our own policies; in this case, after a thorough review of your account, we have determined that your business falls within these guidelines.
That said, I can assure you that we have done a thorough review of your account, and we will be unable to reverse our decision. We are unable to provide any further details regarding the reason for your account's closure in order to protect our processes.
Charges will be refunded back accordingly to your customers. Refunds will be issued in 5–7 business days, although they may take longer to appear on the cardholder's statement. Please refer to your Dashboard for a list of the charges to be refunded. If there are insufficient funds on your account to cover any refunds, these refunds will not be processed and any outstanding funds will remain on your account. Any customers waiting on unprocessed refunds should contact their bank.
I know this isn't the news you wanted to hear, but I'm afraid this is already decided and we don't have leeway here. We wish you the best of luck with your business.
For any other concern just let me know and I’ll be glad to jump back in."
