nope it's only for Stripe merchant accounts in Mexico right now
elsewhere you can accept installments using your own code and logic to accept a card from the customer and charge that saved card over time with your own logic to control it

I'd start by signing up for a Stripe account if you don't have one and then getting a basic one time payment integration up and running , that might be a good start https://stripe.com/docs/payments/accept-a-payment
instalments can either be implemented with custom logic as I mentioned, or using SubscriptionSchedules(https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/subscription-schedules/use-cases#installment-plans); both options are quite advanced and will require a lot of dev work

We started using stripe, we want to use the connect function too, it looks very good,
but this issue of installments was missing, we would pay for someone to do it, where can I find these professionals who can solve this?
