Hi! Can you provide more details on "can't pay for subscription"? What exactly is the issue the customers see (error message, screenshots, etc.)? Also can you share the subscription ID?

Looks like a custom payment flow (i.e. not Stripe Checkout)
Are there any logs/errors in your application? I'm seeing no confirmation attempts on the associated Payment Intents:

did I set the expire day of the subscription?
No, it's just the default behaviour for subscriptions that aren't paid within 23 hours: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/overview#payment-window
