Hi! I'm not sure, give me a few minutes to try to reproduce.

Sorry for the delay. Here's what I did:

I created a customer with the API and set invoice_settings.footer
I created an invoice with the API for that customer => I do see the footer
I created an invoice with the dashboard for that customer => I also see the footer

I had an existing customer, so i did:

Updated the customer with the API and set the footer
Created a subscription from the stripe dashboard (Not with API) - I see the footer
Created a subscription from the stripe dashboard (Not with API) - I do NOT see the footer

My finance team is using the stripe dashboard a lot, and it helps that I don't have to integrate everything 🙂

Can you clarify what is the difference between your step 2 and 3?

Sorry, number 3 was meant to be an invoice (not a subscription)

I just tested this, and when I create a subscription for the customer, I do see the footer on the invoices.

Can you share the subscription ID where you don't see the footer?

Exactly, with subscriptions it does work 🙂 But when creating an invoice (Not a subscription), it doesn't work

Invoice #2 i attached is from a subscription, and invoice #3 is a manual (no footer)

Can you share the invoice ID (in_xxx)? You can find them in the dashboard.
