I would recommend reaching out to our support team about this. I think we have some internal migration tools that can copy data between accounts but unfortunately I think that is still pretty limited on what can be done between two accounts of different types https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

I can only really help with API stuff and Customers/PaymentMethods are about all we support copying via our API libraries. Support will know what migration options we have for your situation
