Do you mean a limit on the number of Connect accounts you can have in Test mode?

yeah, right now I have 10 accounts

but I can't create any more

I tried deleting them by "rejecting" them but they don't seem to go away

Hmmm.... how are you creating accounts? My test account has 47 Connect Accounts and I just created a new one.

So are you hitting the Account API? If so, could you share a request ID from a request that failed to create an account?
