what does it mean to you to "reset" the reader exactly?
means clear up reader display and ready for next payment

now question is in server driven it is not working
i have tried it so is it only for client base payment
yeah and I told you earlier, it's probably an edge case
ultimately I don't think there's a good solution here since the SDKs don't really expect to be used simultaneously like that. I would just catch the error you get in the app(that "Reader is currently processing a transaction" one you mentioned) and handle it robustly by letting the cashier know the payment didn't go through

if that's not sufficient then we'll need to work on your support ticket to talk to folks more involved with the Terminal product
