Hello! Have you looked at some of documentation on Invoicing? It sounds like you just want to be able to create Invoice Items throughout the month and then have them all added to a single Invoice at the end of the month, right?

This? Under Pending invoice items, you can also choose to create a new invoice item, or instantly invoice everything listed. When you click Invoice now

Yup, if you want to delay creating the Invoice then you'd create a pending invoice item and NOT invoice it instantly

perfect is there a channel where devs are available for hire as well. I have a little bit of experience but didn't see anything listed on the website have been looking for someone with more experience

We don't have a specific channel for that here, but you can look at places like Upwork if you're looking to hire a developer
