I don't think we provide a way to update the background image. That is usually a set of colors you define in your branding settings
You can use an image in the Icon though

Yes, we see that but the pattern default image behind the icon is not within our brand. No way to change that or not have a backgound image at all? Seems strange to impose that particular pattern when the bg color selected is white.

Right. We know that. But when setting the color to white, which is what we needfor our brand, , it displays a backround image with a light pinkish pattern. No way to get rid of that? that is the question

This is what I got when I set brand and accent colors to ffffff
You still see the slight grey shading and I'm not sure where the blue bit is coming from.

Right. We don't want the pattern in the background. Every place else is fine. It's very strange that Stripe would go to such lengths to provide branding options and then force something on the receipt page that is not wanted. I'm guessing the answer is no? Can't be changed?

Not that I am aware of. However, this is kind of outside the wheelhouse of this Discord channel
which is primarily for developers and API questions

We don't have APIs to control things like this. The best place to ask would be to write in to Support. They have a more broad knowledge base.
