Hmm not exactly. I'm trying to delay the transfer to the connected account automatically when the service is completed on the app.

Hmm I don't believe we currently support holding funds on automatic payouts

You can manage payout schedule for automatic payouts but that would not hold the funds per-se. It'd just delay the payouts until a specific day that you define

1. The customer pays the platform directly.

2. Once the service is completed, we use a manual payout from the platform to a connected account.

Do you think it will work ?

Sorry, I believe I misunderstood your question there
So you're trying to delay the transfer itself and not the payout to the pro? right?

You can look into Separate charges and Transfer if you want to control the timing of the transfer to the connected account itself

With this flow, the money would still get transferred to the connected account. However, the funds won't be paid out to their external account/bank account until you trigger manual payout
