Yea we tried that route, but eventually the pointed us to the discord to get more accurate information and help.
The support couldnt really help us.

from my most recent logs I keep getting:
[2022-05-26 13:20:38] local.ERROR: JS_EVENT: checkStatus found secret: null
which happens when the attempt to create the stripe secret object fails
I need to run for now, but if you have any advice, insight or suggestion I`ll take a look at it in about ~2-3 hours
They should not have done that (they should have passed your ticket along to our team) but I am happy to help here
Looking in to what you sent
Like are you directly charging from your platform and also the user will see your platform name on their bank statement? Or are you looking to charge as your platform but make your connected accounts the merchant of record?

When you were talking to support, did you ever send your full client js side code? It sounds like we may need to see it to see why some of these calls are being made when you don't expect them.
yes I did, if I recall correctly
also I made a test env to with test credentials to for them to have a place to test
