then likely the fastest way to get it close to what you're looking for is to use the PaymentElement with theme:"flat" (https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-js/appearance-api#theme) and then tweak some of the other settings

thanks, I tried something similar but it just doesn't look exactly the same

yep, it would need some tweaking, there's no in-built material theme today
