Here, I have a webhook that listen to payout.paid and I just want confirm that IN TRANSIT TO BANK has nothing to do with payout.paid.
By the way this is a connected account.

I honestly don't know the relationship between that value in the Dashboard and what you see in the API. I recommend you ask Stripe support for details: https://support.stripe.com/contact
