Basically I would like to create external accounts in test mode, For connected users. I used to be able to do it, but now for some reason it doens't work anymore

I used test bank cards provided on https://stripe.com/docs/sources/sepa-debit

Sorry my bad, I imported the live database, and tried to create an external bank card on behalf of the live user
