Hello, where are these funds showing up as "additional funds"? Is this somewhere in the dashboard?

Okay so it appears there was recently a Top Up for this exact amount. Unfortunately I do not know a bunch about how/when Top Ups are assigned to the Connect Account balance. You can reach out to Support for more information:
