Typically, you would see a reason along with the refusal/decline.
You'd see a decline code such as the ones listed on this page

But if you know that the payment method is valid and the decline code you're seeing is incorrect, I would suggest you reach out to our support about that

Where can I see the code ?
Are you using the API or the dashboard to look at the failed payment?
do you have a payment intent ID I can look into?
It should look something like pi_xxxxxxx

Sorry, on my end it shows PaymentIntent ID is invalid.
Can you double check the PaymentIntent ID on your dashboard? Also, if you think it is valid, I would suggest you reach out to our support as they'd have more context on this
