Yeah we'd need the Stripe ID for the Customer object (cus_xxx). That's the value expected when creating the Billing Portal
ACH should show as an option in the customer portal for US merchants and USD prices (as noted here: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/integrating-customer-portal?platform=billing#supported-payment-methods)

Yep, that's an Australian account. ACH is not supported for AU merchants
