Looks like a generic bank decline, unrelated to any Radar rules you've setup
yeah, that's why it was quite puzzling to me
and i wasn't able to find from the Radar rule's blocked list anything helpful relating to Netherlands and Maestro card either
Yeah it's just the bank in this case have declined the card - it's unrelated to Radar. Your customer should speak to their bank in this instance
