when the requirements https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/object#account_object-requirements-past_due becomes past_due the capabilities such as payouts, charges and transfers are disabled

AFAIK, there isn't but you may contact support https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true since it's a bit out of scope of the help we provide here. maybe they have an alternative for you
