the ID that starts with pi is the payment intent id

OK I've located the 10 May transaction, the card is declined due to insufficient_funds

Thanks, this transaction is declined by the card issuer, the customer need to contact their card issuer for more info.

ok, it seems to only be happening since we enabled the MOTO flag, it suggests that payments over 10k must use 3D secure. We ended up taking the payments from the client using a PDQ machine.
