The account must have some outstanding verification/onboarding requirements
Are you seeing any banners or something when you look at the connected account?

well i customized the connect flow. but i don't think that's the issue . I manually added a credit card for one of this accounts (using the test numbers provided for stripe) and the status change to complete. So my question is, do I need to set credit card data for custom account . whats next
