So you'll want to look at the underlying Payment Intent to see why the charge attempt failed. Each Invoice has a Payment Intent attached to it and that Payment Intent will trigger a payment_intent.payment_failed Event when a charge fails. Within that Event data, the reason is listed under last_payment_error
