I'm still digging, but I noticed the API version that you're using is a bit older, so I'm thinking the field may have a different name in the API version that you're using.

Apologies, but I've not been able to reproduce this so far. Could you please clarify which of our libraries, and which version of that library, you're using?

We're using api version 2019-05-16 and the ruby gem v6.1.0. Thank you for looking into it.
