This is possible, but it won't be in 1 command. There will be a couple API calls. This is called separate charges and transfers: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/charges-transfers

Creating separate charges and transfers

With Connect, you can make charges on your platform account on behalf of connected accounts, perform transfers separately, and retain funds in the process.
