Nothing is forthcoming, though (if it keeps happening) come back and give us more details on the lifecycle of the behavior (e.g. if any calls were made to Stripe like creating a Checkout Session or a Payment Intent)

It wasn't registered via your platform
Looks like it was registered directly by that Connected Account
So yeah you will need to remove the domain registration and then register again as we show here: https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-js/elements/payment-request-button?html-or-react=html#html-js-using-with-connect

Registration is idempotent
So it won't override it if already registered
You have to delete it first
Then register via the Platform's secret key
