I appreciate it. We are planning on sending over $30M through you guys over the next year and one of my requirements is that this is branded with out corporate colors and logo.

Ah, so the only things you can customize AFAICT are on this page: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/branding
Payment Links is on there and it has the same options (color, logo, and icon)

I have all of this branded and it is not appearing
None of these are using that branding.

Are you on test mode in the Dashboard when you're modifying the branding?

Ah, I don't think there's anywhere to adjust branding on those mobile views. I don't see a logo, icon, or banner color anywhere

Those screenshots aren't of the Payment Link landing page. They're of different places in the modal. Create a Payment Link and navigate beyond the "click here to agree" page.
