I just checked, and from our end it looks like the authentification failed.
and the user completed the process in it's bank app
Are you sure about this step? Could you ask the user to retry? From our ends it looks like this step failed.

user says he doesn't recieve the 3D secure notification from the bank app.
but i tested with the same bank and works the 3D secure
how it's possible?
