You should be saving the location ids and add them to the right connected account.

When you say add tot the right connect account what exactly do you mean?
I plan on adding address details as well as the id to a user model in my DB so they can update a reader for example. Also i'm creating a location and adding the connect account id with the metadata. Since these are custom connect accounts the API resources belong to my platform. Are you saying there's something extra i might want to do?
