We do. I'm not sure why you would not see the ability to request a call if your account is US based.
In that case, I recommend emailing and asking them to call you.

This means that your association is directly with BigCartel
That is why our Support team told you they can't help you. You must talk to BigCartel here as they control everything for your account
So only they can update your account through Stripe and you must provide the necessary information to them.
So you'll really need to reach out to BigCartel
