Thank you! Yeah I was just wondering if we have a set up where we pay out more than we earn how we could even make it work? Since afaik negative balances have a lower limit, right?

Ah okay I see, I just remember in the past we had the issue on our US platform account that our negative balance was not allowed to go below a couple of hundred USD. Thanks for your help @pulsar marten !

I think you're referring to reserved balance which is used to offset negative balances on connected accounts

I am not sure if it was about reserved balance. Basically what we tried to do was create a transfer which then returned the error that the balance is too low.

It is possible that your funds were pending (these are not available to pay out)

Copy that. But just for me to understand, is there a way to pay out more to connect accounts than we earn and fill up or balance with a bank account (or get the negative balance automatically withdrawn)?

I don't think you can payout more than the available balance
There maybe alternatives which I am not aware of. I would suggest you reach out to our support about that
