make sure you're viewing their dashboard correctly

from your dasboard(your most recent screenshot), click into the account

then use the ... menu to "view dashboard as"

You can see the transfers sent from your own account, or you can use "view dashboard as" (as mentioned above) to see the money received by the Express account.
