Hi there 👋 If you use custom Connect and leave the connected accounts on a manual payout schedule (e.g. they don't get payouts unless you initiate them), then the funds can be left in the connected account's balance for a mostly arbitrary number of days. This simulates "freezing" those funds, as the connected account cannot have them paid out to a bank account until you initiate that payout for them.

is there a way to freeze only fixed amount and let the payouts go out normally?

No, but you can create payouts for any amount up to the current available balance of the connected account, so you could track the amounts internally in your own systems and create payouts as funds become "unfrozen"
