The person I had in chat did not know how to give me more details, not if it was legal in all countries, or if any documents were needed, because there is indeed the priority transfer , but I would have liked more details, at least to know what the law says about that

and I saw communities making money selling and buying accounts, I wondered if this was all normal

You can ask the support agent to forward your request to the specialized team or you could directly email support@stripe.com

AFAIK it would be violation of the service agreement but I am not sure about legal procedures here so I'd recommend you talk to our support
