No, there is no way to do this - the only way to bill for the full amount would be to reset the billing cycle (or to generate an Invoice Item yourself for the full amount)

When you say "full amount", you're talking about the increase, correct? e.g., quantity of 5, cost of $1, quantity is bumped to 7 and the full amount would be $2?

Using the example you gave, by "full amount" I meant charging $7 immediately, but what you said makes way more sense. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to accomplish this either - the only way you'd be able to do this is by disabling prorations and creating a $2 Invoice Item yourself to charge for the difference
